Advancing Health Equity in the Workplace

Health equity is the state in which everyone has a fair and just opportunity to attain their highest level of health. To drive health equity in the workplace, the National Alliance Race, Health & Equity Framework for Change focuses on understanding the impact of differences; integrating equity into strategy; evaluating and engaging the supply chain; and sustaining a culture of inclusion.
