Most of Centivo’s clients are mid to large self-funded employers. Centivo currently offers its Partnership Plan in 6 markets (NY/NJ/CT/PA, Southern California, Nebraska, Central Florida, Greensboro NC, suburban Detroit) with further expansion planned for the coming years. Stew Leonard’s, the famous grocery chain in the CT/NY area, is a well known client of Centivo. Well known health systems that work with Centivo include Mt Sinai, Montefiore, Orlando Health, Scripps and Memorial Care.
