Stella is a Senior Director on the Transformation team at CVSH, which develops initiatives across the enterprise with a focus on identifying opportunities for growth and innovation to create a new health care model that is easier to use, less expensive and puts consumers at the center of their care.  In her role, she is responsible for leading Transform Diabetes Care, as well as program expansion to other chronic conditions.  Prior to CVSH, Stella worked in Product and Strategy at Discover Financial Services, and also as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
