Employers’ Prescription for Affordable Drugs (EmployersRx)
Supporting policies to require PBMs to make pricing data available to payers and compel drug companies to report and justify price increases for some medications. The coalition also seeks to strengthen competition and remove barriers that stifle the development and use of generic drugs and biosimilars.
Health Care Payment Learning & Action Network (HCPLAN)
Mobilizing payers, providers, purchasers, patients, product manufacturers, policymakers, and others in a shared mission to lower care costs, improve patient experiences and outcomes, reduce the barriers to alternative payment model participation, and promote shared accountability.

Focusing on patient-centered outcomes and preferences as drivers of change, emphasizing modern thinking about methods and value elements to be included in value assessment models, and advocating for transparent, open-source model development to improve dialogue and build trust between users, decision-makers, and patient communities.
