Value Proposition

Our “secret sauce” is our proprietary, behavioral diagnostic tool which is used by coaches and nurses to unlock an individual’s psycho-social barrier to health. This diagnostic tool is the first-of-its kind, commercial application of 20 years of peer-reviewed behavioral science. Once our coaches unlock a person’s barrier(s), our social workers help employees solve their issues through a seamless, in-house Work Life resource and referral program. Employers benefit from a healthier workforce overall and a less fragmented employee benefits product suite. This culture of health and a less stressed workforce can lead to improved medical costs, retention, productivity and presenteeism.

Description of Client Base

WellSpark Health serves the wellness needs of all types of employers; corporations, state and local governments, colleges, boards of education, etc. Our book of business includes 254 accounts with approximately 478,000 participants. Our large clients include the participants of a northern state and 110 of that state’s cities, towns and boards of education. We also added to our customer list one of the largest cities in the country which includes over 130 collective bargaining units as well as a large Medicare Advantage account.
