WellSpark delivers a full suite of well-being products and solutions for businesses, municipalities, and consumers. Participants benefit from robust education to improve health literacy, promote early detection of diseases and provide condition management through coaching, care coordination, social services and more. By identifying social determinants and behavioral barriers preventing proper self-care, WellSpark programs can empower individuals to embrace healthier lifestyles. We are a leading health and wellness company that administers one of the largest value-based wellness programs in the country. Our wellness platform is certified for information security by the Health Information Trust (HITRUST) Alliance, our health risk assessment earned the Wellness and Health Promotion certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and our pre-diabetes program is fully certified by the CDC.

Value Proposition

Our “secret sauce” is our proprietary, behavioral diagnostic tool which is used by coaches and nurses to unlock an individual’s psycho-social barrier to health. This diagnostic tool is the first-of-its kind, commercial application of 20 years of peer-reviewed behavioral science. Once our coaches unlock a person’s barrier(s), our social workers help employees solve their issues through a seamless, in-house Work Life resource and referral program. Employers benefit from a healthier workforce overall and a less fragmented employee benefits product suite. This culture of health and a less stressed workforce can lead to improved medical costs, retention, productivity and presenteeism.
