Exhibit Booth Pricing:

** Some levels of Sponsorship include an Exhibit Booth

Please note that one complimentary registration is included in the exhibit fee. All additional onsite exhibitors (beyond the one complimentary) must register online at the non-member or member rate. There will be no "exhibit hall only" passes distributed. 

Exhibit Application Instructions:

To reserve your exhibit space, please complete the exhibitor application form and email it to mcornejo@nationalalliancehealth.org.


Payment must accompany this form.  Application for exhibit space at the National Alliance Leadership Summits indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all exhibit terms and conditions, general regulations and rules to be sent under separate cover at a later date.


Exhibitors agree to send the following to Maria Cornejo at mcornejo@nationalalliancehealth.org with this signed agreement:


  • A short paragraph in WORD FORMAT (approximately 150 words or less) describing your company for acknowledging exhibitors.
  • Company logo (JPG, ESP or TIFF- 300 dpi)

Cancellation Policy:   

Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.  Refunds will be made with a written notice of cancellation received before February 28, 2018.  Refunds will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after March 1, 2018; however, substitutions are permitted if received in writing. If for any reason, this event is canceled we do not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred.
