Important Deadlines

Once registered please email your corporate logo and a 100 word maximum mission statement with contact information to be placed in the conference handout to Maria Cornejo at mcornejo@nbch.org by September 28, 2012.
 
All files must be saved as EPS. EPS format files provide superior reproduction quality allowing images to be resized with no loss of sharpness or detail. If an EPS file is not available, a high resolution (300 dpi or high) file is required.
 
October 22, 2012:   Discount Pricing Deadline Date for GES orders received with payment

October 9 - November 7, 2012:  Shipments should arrive on or between
 
Last day for Advance Shipments to arrive at the Warehouse with surcharges

Application for exhibit space at the NBCH Conference indicates the applicant's willingness to abide by all exhibit terms and conditions, general regulations and rules to be sent under separate cover at a later date. The information provided here constitutes your official listing. 

  

NBCH accepts the following credit cards:   

 

Cancellation Policy:
Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be made with a written notice of cancellation received on or before October 1, 2012. Refunds will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after October 1, 2012. If, for any reason this event is cancelled, we do not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred.

Exhibit Fees Include:

  • Six exclusive noncompeting exhibit hours;
  • One complimentary exhibitor attendee registration;
  • 8 high draped back wall and 3 high draped side wall in linear booths;
  • Standard 7x 44 identification sign for linear booths;
  • Listing in onsite show program guide.

Other Information:
  • Exhibit areas will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
  • The Exhibitor fee covers registration for one representative only. Additional representatives must register separately and pay the exhibitor registration rate of $600. No "exhibit hall only" passes will be distributed. 
  • The Exhibitor Fee does not include hotel accommodations. View our web site for hotel accommodation information.
  • All exhibits must be confined to assigned space and cannot impede the flow through the exhibit area or obstruct the view of another exhibit.
  • Exhibitors are to be available during the specified times.
